About Binkley Designed
Thoughtful Residential Design, Built Around the Way You Live
Binkley Designed creates custom homes, residential communities, and architect-designed house plans with a focus on timeless design, thoughtful details, and spaces that feel as good to live in as they do to look at.
Every project begins with a clear understanding of the people, property, and vision behind it. From there, we bring together proportion, function, materials, and architectural character to create homes that feel intentional from every angle.
Design that feels personal.
Great residential design is never one-size-fits-all.
We believe a home should reflect the way you live, the setting it belongs to, and the details that matter most to you. That means thinking beyond individual rooms and considering the full experience of the home—how spaces connect, how light moves through them, and how each architectural decision contributes to the whole.
The result is design that feels cohesive, considered, and distinctly yours.
Experience across homes and communities.
Binkley Designed’s work includes custom residences, show homes, residential communities, and thoughtfully developed house plans.
